3. Information We Collect
A. Account Information (Required)
To use the App, you must create an account. We collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided during profile setup)
- Physical address (if provided during profile setup)
- Password (stored using industry-standard hashing — never stored in plain text)
Note: Email is collected for account creation and password recovery. Users are responsible for providing accurate information.
B. Password Management
- Users can reset their password using the “Forgot Password” feature.
- During password reset, a one-time passcode (OTP) is sent to your registered email address.
- OTP codes expire after a short period for security.
C. AI Health Guidance Input
- Users may enter text questions or describe symptoms to receive AI-generated informational guidance.
- Users may also submit voice input which is transcribed to text for AI processing.
- AI conversation history is retained on our servers linked to your account to provide continuity of service.
- AI inputs are never used for advertising purposes or sold to third parties.
- Users may request deletion of their AI chat history at any time by contacting support@patientsolution.net.
D. Voice Input and Audio
- Users may submit voice input via microphone for transcription to interact with the AI assistant.
- Audio is transmitted securely for transcription purposes only.
- Audio recordings are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers.
- The microphone is used solely for voice-to-text input to the AI health assistant.
E. Subscription and Payment Information
- The App offers Free, Gold, and Pro subscription tiers with different levels of AI access.
- Payments are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit) for iOS.
- We do not collect, view, or store your credit card number, bank account details, or any payment card information.
- Subscription status and tier information is retained on our servers linked to your account for access management purposes.
F. Location Information
- The App requests access to your approximate device location solely to provide the nearby pharmacy lookup feature.
- Location data is used in the moment to return relevant results and is not stored permanently against your account.
- You may deny location permission at any time through your iOS device settings; this will disable the pharmacy lookup feature only.

- Health guidance inputs are transmitted to Google Gemini AI API for processing to generate informational responses.
- Inputs are processed in accordance with Google’s data processing terms.
- Health inputs are not used to train AI models or shared with additional third parties beyond what is required for response generation.

This App is an informational health assistant and is not a HIPAA-covered entity. Use of this App does not establish a covered entity or business associate relationship under HIPAA.
- We do not store or transmit electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) as defined under HIPAA.
- For clinical health records, always use services provided directly by your licensed healthcare provider.
- We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards consistent with recognized industry standards for health data protection.
9. Children’s Privacy
This App is intended for users aged 17 and older.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 17.

- Upon verification, we will promptly delete any such information from our systems.

- Reset your password via OTP at any time.
- Revoke device permissions (location, microphone, notifications) through your iOS device settings at any time.
