ThinkFinance AI uses the Google Gemini API (operated by Google LLC) to power its AI chat assistant. Before the AI chat feature is enabled, the app displays a clear disclosure screen that explains:

The AI feature is opt-in — it is not activated until you explicitly tap "Enable AI Chat" on the consent screen. If you decline, no data is sent to Google. You can revoke your consent at any time by tapping the shield icon inside the AI Chat screen.

Data shared with Google Gemini is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Google provides equivalent privacy protections as required by applicable law. We do not share your username, email address, password, or precise dollar balances with the Gemini API.

Your account credentials, portfolio, and budget data are stored on a secure server hosted by GoDaddy (patientsolution.net). Passwords are stored as hashed values — we cannot see your raw password. All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption).

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
