This Privacy Policy describes how Patient Solution, INC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the ThinkFinance AI mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you register, we collect a username and password. We do not collect your real name, phone number, or government-issued ID.
• Portfolio Data: Stock holdings you add, including symbol, number of shares, and purchase price.
• Budget & Transaction Data: Income amounts, spending categories, and transaction records you enter manually.
• AI Chat Messages: Messages you send to the AI assistant are transmitted to Google LLC via the Gemini API for processing. This data is shared with a third-party AI provider (Google). Chat history is stored locally on your device and is not permanently stored on our servers.
• Device Information: Basic device metadata (OS version, device type) may be collected for error diagnostics only.

We do not collect your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or any biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features.
• To associate your portfolio and budget data with your account across sessions and devices.
• To send your AI chat messages and anonymous portfolio context (asset symbols and share counts) to the Google Gemini API in order to generate personalized financial insights and responses. This sharing only occurs after you explicitly consent within the app.
• To display real-time market data fetched from third-party financial data providers (stooq.com, CoinGecko).
• To improve the App based on usage patterns and error reports.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party AI Service – Google Gemini

ThinkFinance AI uses the Google Gemini API (operated by Google LLC) to power its AI chat assistant. Before the AI chat feature is enabled, the app displays a clear disclosure screen that explains:

• What data will be sent (your chat messages and portfolio context such as asset symbols and share counts).
• Who the data is sent to (Google LLC via the Gemini API).
• A link to Google's Privacy Policy.

The AI feature is opt-in — it is not activated until you explicitly tap "Enable AI Chat" on the consent screen. If you decline, no data is sent to Google. You can revoke your consent at any time by tapping the shield icon inside the AI Chat screen.

Data shared with Google Gemini is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Google provides equivalent privacy protections as required by applicable law. We do not share your username, email address, password, or precise dollar balances with the Gemini API.

4. Other Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services. Each has their own privacy policy:

• Google Gemini API – Powers the AI chat assistant. Your chat messages and portfolio context are sent to Google for processing after you provide explicit in-app consent. See Google Privacy Policy.
• stooq.com – Provides real-time stock and index price data. No personal data is sent.
• CoinGecko – Provides cryptocurrency price data. No personal data is sent. See CoinGecko Privacy Policy.
• Expo / EAS – Used to build and distribute the App. See Expo Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your account credentials, portfolio, and budget data are stored on a secure server hosted by GoDaddy (patientsolution.net). Passwords are stored as hashed values — we cannot see your raw password. All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption).

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict how we process your data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. California Residents (CCPA)
